Incorrect item return
Return Conditions
You may return purchased products within 14 days of delivery. For a return, the product must: • Be unused and in its original packaging • Be sent with all accessories • Be returned with the invoice. Food products (coffee, tea, etc.) are accepted for return for hygiene reasons as long as the packaging is unopened. Opened food products cannot be returned.
Return Process
Follow these steps to request a return: 1. Email us at info@scattoperfetto.com or contact us. 2. Include your order number and reason for return. 3. A return shipping code and instructions will be sent to you within 1-2 business days. 4. Send the product to the specified address. 5. Your payment will be refunded within 5-7 business days of receiving the product.
Exchanges
Free exchanges are made in cases of incorrect or damaged product delivery. You must report your exchange request within 14 days of delivery. If you wish to exchange for a different product, any price difference will result in an additional charge or refund accordingly.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products are excluded from returns: • Opened food products (coffee, tea) • Custom-ordered products • Used equipment • Products purchased in discounted / clearance campaigns (subject to campaign conditions)
Shipping
Return shipping costs for incorrect or damaged products are covered by us. For customer preference returns, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using the original packaging for return shipments and sufficient protective material to prevent damage.
