Shipping & Returns

All orders placed before 3:00 PM on weekdays are shipped same day. Saturday orders are dispatched on Monday.

Order confirmation and tracking number are sent by email. You can use the carrier's website to track your delivery.

If no one is available at the address, the carrier will make a second delivery attempt or leave the package at a nearby branch. Packages are typically held at the branch for 3–5 business days.

You may exercise your right of return within 14 days from the delivery date without giving any reason. For returns:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging
• All accessories and the invoice must be included
• For food products (coffee, tea), the packaging must be unopened

Return Process

1. Submit a return request via email to info@scattoperfetto.com
2. State your order number and reason for return
3. A shipping code and instructions will be sent to you within 1–2 business days
4. Send the product to the specified address
5. Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of receipt
